Shipping policy

We are a one woman show small business. We try to get items out as fast as possible but we are not a mass corporation that can get items out immediately. Our turn around time ranges from 3-5 days for ready to ship items and 1-2 weeks for made to order items.  

*Shipping times are subject to change on national holidays.*

Please note that USPS is short staffed at this time due to influx of online shoppers and that as soon as we hand your package over to USPS we are not responsible for the route that your package takes on its way to you, this includes the time that it takes to do so. We do recommend you choose UPS Ground shipping at checkout for a faster arrival time and please use a physical address if doing so (UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box).

Other shipping information:

• International shipping is currently not available on the website.
• Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly BEFORE you checkout. 
• If you notice that you entered the wrong address, want to change something on your order, etc. Please email us ASAP through the contact page or at therocknpjewelry@gmail.com.
• We offer two different shipping services, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail is a little more expensive than Ground.
• Ground Advantage usually is delivered between 2-8 business days, depending on where you are located.
• USPS Priority mail usually delivers within 1-3 days, depending on where you are located. Please know that for both of these services, sometimes it can go over that timeframe. We ask that you please be patient as this business is a one woman show. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please contact me. 

If you choose to cancel an order after the shipping label has been printed, the shipping will NOT be refunded. 

If you receive an item that is damaged or receive the wrong item, please contact therocknpjewelry@gmail.com within 3-5 business days after receiving the item. Please be sure to include the order numbers, a picture of the item and a description of the issue with the piece(s).
